Morning

Wake up before sunrise, complete morning routine, wear clean traditional clothes and tilak on forehead.

Draw a triangle with a dot in its centre with water, pay obeisance with folded hands, put the plank (Sukhāsana) on the triangle drawn.

Sit on it facing east in the pooja room or an appropriate place and keep the mind calm and quiet.
